Once your order has been placed, we will process it for dispatch and provide tracking information when available.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can generally cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, subject to applicable exceptions and our returns policy. Please contact us at impactokaido@hotmail.com before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at impactokaido@hotmail.com, ideally including your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
